Progress report: Kitten Vector
Kittens are supposed to make you feel better after crappy days, right? Right? This one was brown but I decided it needed to be ginger. So there.
Y’know that vector I was working on forever ago? I’ve finished it and it’s now my new hub page! I think it looks rather fetching, don’t you?
Working on a kitten illustration. Basically, I just wanted to draw the ridiculous face my cat made the other day.
A slight update. I’m playing around with some of the proportions and have added a few facial features. I’m not entirely married to the hair color, but I’ve always preferred dark hair to blondes. Blonde just bothers me for some reason.
Sorry about no in progress posts, but here is the final Catwoman print. It’s being printed right now with Yogi and Iced Cream in preparation for Up!Fair this weekend. If you happen to be in Lexington, KY, come on by and see me some time, sugar.
I’ve finished my Yogi print! It took me a while to find the will to soldier on after seeing the preview for the new horrible cgi yogi movie, for which I will not provide a link. It looks completely awful.
Anyway, I enjoyed Yogi so much that I’ve decided to continue on with a Distressed Bear series of prints. Look out famous bears, your brows are about to furrow with worry.
I’ve decided to do the Yogi print in vectors, which will be a first for me. I think it’s going well so far. So excited!
This will be part of a series of prints I’m working on to take to UP! Fair. Yesss. Are you going? You should, because it will be awesome. As an added bonus, you can bask in the glory that is me. Also, I will hug you*.
